There are no metered taxis in Siem Reap, however many hostels will arrange car hire for visiting the temples or other locations. Price will vary, but generally start off at about 4$25 for a day hire, including driver. A taxi to or from the airport should cost $7. Taxi to Phnom Penh, and other destinations, can be arranged through travel agents that you'll find all over town.
